Catering and Mobile Food Vending

Our founder has always loved cooking, so I guess you could say Un Poco De Todo was started in 1983, in a little kitchen in Midland, Texas. It was there that she learned from her mother how to cook Un Poco De Todo: "a little bit of everything".

Since that time, she has continued to experiment with flavors and textures to create bold and vibrant dishes that excite the eyes and amaze the tastebuds of her customers. She has brought a lifetime of experience into this business and cannot wait to share her kitchen with you. For more information about our services, do not hesitate to contact us at Un Poco De Todo today!

Whiskey & War Stories

Un Poco De Todo provided a steak dinner for an intimate evening at The Reserve on 1863 with one of the founders of Horse Soldier Bourbon, Will Summers.

A former member of U.S. Army Special Operations (ODA595), Will's unit was sent to Afghanistan just days after the terrorist attacks on 9/11/2001.  His team were the first in country, and being air-dropped into hostile territory with nothing but horses for transportation earned them the nickname “Horse Soldiers”.  The Hollywood blockbuster “12 Strong” is based on their story.
